WHO WE ARE
Liberty for Myanmar stands in the gap for the more than 54 million people in Myanmar. Liberty in Myanmar will shine light into the darkness and help meet the present and future needs of the Myanmar people. We work in honor of the generations that have suffered under more than 70 years of oppression. We work for those who are today suffering the horrors unleashed by the military junta. We work for onward generations who we believe can thrive in a free and prosperous Myanmar.

WHAT IS NEXT FOR MYANMAR?
The military has not been able to crush the spirit of the people. Now the opposition is from every ethnic and social strata: from the Buddhist monks in the capital Yangon to the Muslim Rohingya on the western coast to the Christian villagers in the mountains of the Chin state. Now is the time for the outside world to extend assistance and friendship to the suffering people of Myanmar.
